Hypnosis
The condition during hypnosis
Hypnosis comes out of the Greek word Hypnos, which means sleep. Hypnosis is a condition that can be compared with a day-dreaming condition, where the eyes just are closed. One is concentrated, but at the same time relaxed. The hypnotherapist or the hypnotist can then deepen the condition, judging from what is most suitable. For this the hypnotherapist uses different hypnotic inductions.
